This single-jointed Baucher bit is a variation of the eggbutt snaffle with additional upper eyelets. The cheek pieces are attached to the upper eyelets, while the reins are fixed to the main rings. This creates a more stable position in the mouth and a slight poll action.
The single-jointed mouthpiece allows direct action on the tongue and bars and supports clear and precise rein aids.
